Green Preston Petty and Hi Point plastics

I have two original, Preston Petty "Mudder" fenders.  One is a front fender and the other looks to be a universal rear fender. I also have two green, Hi Point oval number plates and one green Hi Point square number plate. Everything is brand new and still in original packaging.

What color is the Mudder front fender and is it the newer style with the flat mounting surface so it can be drilled and mounted directly to the underside of the triple tree or the older style that requires a seperate bracket?
