I was hoping that it wouldn't come to this, but due to upcoming hernia surgery, I will be trying to sell at least one or more of my collection of bikes and/or parts to fund the time off of work during this time. The surgery is still pending, so delivery is currently available within a 500 mile radius of Newton IL. zip code 62448. Thanks for looking, Mike Winter [email protected] cell ph. with text 618-5853-1346 All offers considered.
NOS MX Penton glossy fenders, ERROR on price***Sold***

NOS 1976-77 MC5 250 Penton pipe with a crease and small dents in silencer section, painted in Krinkle finish paint, but unused. $275 plus shipping.

1980 MC250 KTM. I used the levers and controls on another project, but may have a set for this. I also have the original rear fender that is trimmed on the rear edge and side, not pictured. The nice standard bore engine's transmission case has small pits that seeped oil when I assembled this several years ago, and will require repair or case replacement, but if needed I have donor parts available. $1,200

1979 Husqvarna 390 OR. Larger steel tank, rebuilt Curnutt correct length shocks currently installed, rebuilt but they are too soft for my 254 LB. weight. Very nice original standard bore bike, never apart and has awesome compression and power. Runs strong, handles and stops well. With kickstand. $1,800

If all else fails and forced to sell~1977 Kenny Roberts Penton, KRP $4,000

Michael,
That's going too far. Could you please delete that last sentence, and picture. :(

Bawb,
I wish I could, but I have to sell something Asap. Yes, that one would be only a last ditch drastic measure. If I had the right tank, my 74 CR250M Elsinore would be on the list as well, which I blasted and primered the frame already. I'm resisting the temptation to add my 76 MC5 400 to the list, since I don't have a set of perfect wheels for it. I plan on puting a 78 125 KTM engine in my 77MC5 125/175 chassis and offering it once completed. Mike

Mike, how long do you expect to be off work?

454MRW

Dan,
If the surgery gets moved up, it may only be about 3-4 weeks total, as they are reviewing my application for assistance for the uninsured surgery. It could occur within 2 weeks hopefully, or on Oct. 2nd if not moved up. It's outpatient surgery so the healing time is short, but afterward I will have a 10 LB. lifting restriction for 2-3 weeks.
