Wow, I'd heard rumblings of "mismanagement" and other under-handed doings at the AMA under Dingman but had no idea it was that bad...and since you can't legally divulge many details, I can only assume it is far worse than the sad story presented here.  The AMA used to be a great organization and I remember being so proud when I received my first year pin and membership card in 1974.  My bubble has been burst.
