Herc project for sale

Anyone looking for a 250 Herc project or parts? I have a 80% complete rolling unit. frame, forks, wheels, motor. No carb or airbox, exhaust pipe has been cut, seat will need cover and has Windsor tank on it. Can send pics direct, send message thru the board. Asking $300, but open to offers, prefer not to parts out. Can haul to PVR swap in Jan.
