Compression

My buddy has a jackpiner that he's having trouble getting started.   Does anyone know what the compression should be for a 73 175 jack piner? He says it's got about 120psi. THat seems a little low to me.

That is a little low, but it should still run fine. Its been a while, but I think mine is in the 150-160lbs range.
