I just picked up a very nice low hour, one owner 72 Six Day. Its all original with the exception of some Preston Petty fenders. I'm doing a complete refresh on the bike and want to get it back to completely stock including the aluminum fenders. I have a aluminum front fender but have had trouble finding a rear fender (probably a common problem). Anyone have a source for rear fenders or ideas for a reasonable substitute? Thanks for any thoughts / leads.

Cal,

Go to this website.  It is owned by "paramabike" his eBay name. His real name is Roberto.

Tell him you are a POG member and you will get a discount.

Do a search on the list here, and see if someone mentions getting them from a Royal Enfield web site. I think they need to be trimmed for the rear fender application. Gotta look into this for myself one of these days.

Roberto discounts his Ebay items to POG members via email.  Here is a link to a front and rear CMF fender set.  Not always the least expensive his items are of high quality.

Thanks Dale, I picked up the set from Roberto. I received the POG discount and he is shipping them for free. He's very good to work with.     - Cal
