COMPLETE RESTO: All motor work done by Barry Higgins of H&H KTM,all new gaskets seals,cases bolts,all lower end bearings replaced with skf c3 bearings,rebuilt crank new rod kit,top end was sent to Forward Motion where Eric Gore did stage 3 porting,resurfaced top of cylinder,bored cylinder,weisco piston kit,resurfaced head,milled head for pump fuel.new airboot clamps twin airfilter,rebuilt 38mm Bing carb $130.new parts,sand blasted pipe,paint new packing.
Chassis frame swingarm footpegs airbox sand blasted  PPG Automotive paint,New headset bearings & swingarm bearings
rebuilt forks seals,fluid,48kg Race Tech fork springs,Rebuilt Ohlins remote reservoir shocks,updated internals,seals,fluids
Rebuilt 1980 front and rear wheels,new bearings,bucannan spokes,tubes,Dunlop 756 tires.
New clarke plastic tank,custom seat foam,new dc fenders,new side plates,terry cables,new magura levers & perches,new OEM handle bars,new throttle,new front rear sprockets D.I.D 520 ERT chain, sure I have missed something,bike has alot of later model parts,to enhance performance,have only started bike for test ride to make sure transmission shifts and clutch works,and performed couple of warm up cool down sessions, I have several more images of complete rebuild on request send email address,This is a pristine machine thx for looking Lee.
