Control Flap Axle

Hi All,
Jarrin lost this bolt in the last race.  It screws into the cylinder from the outside and serves as a pivot point for the exhaust flap  (there are two and I have the other).  The only ones I can find on eBay are part of the entire power valve assembly and people want too much.  Our local KTM dealer says the only way to get one is to buy the entire cylinder [:0]  Does anyone have a parts bike or know where I might get one?
