32mm fork parts

I took the forks apart to get them straightened and when I went to put them back together I noticed what I would call top out springs were missing. The parts diagram calls them return springs. Does anyone know if I can get these someplace? Or should I hunt down a used set of forks? They are 32mm off my 73 jackpiner.

The springs on the top of the damping rods?

By the diagram in my manual, they slide on the damping rod and then the rod goes into the fork tube and bolted in.
