74 250 Enduro Pipe Spark arrestor?

FTR has announced: Mandatory spark arrestors at all "stated required" Events. Stamped or documentation required or "No race, No refunds"
They have decided to strictly Enforce. I don't feel like traveling AND THEN losing my $50.00 entry fee.
Ok, Does the 250 Hare Enduro pipe have a spark arrestor? Is it documented somewhere? If not how do I bring it up to Forest Service spec? Thanks, Scotty "Rat"
