Clutch hard to pull UPDATE

I replaced the cable, rods and ball bearing clutch actuator and installed new clutch disk, rerouted the cable every way possible, oiled it and the clutch was still very hard to pull so I replaced the clutch springs with 1.5mm springs clutch is  a lot softer to pull, there is no slippage I can fill, when I hit 2nd and 3rd the front end came up and spinning the rear tire I  knew every thing was good. I little dragging but adjusted the thumb screw on the bars and dragging went away.
