78 250 MC5 Marzocchi Forks

I'm 6'3" 250 lbs. What wt. fork oil and capacity would you experts recommend? Also what would be good for a two inch spacer to preload the fork springs. Thanks

I use 15wt Honda fork oil, But I would not recommend a 2 inch spacer you might run the risk of coil binding your spring. Try 1-1/4-1-1/2. Just add the amount of oil recommended in the service spec sheet, or 6" from the top of collapsed forks with the springs removed. PVC pipe works well for spacers. Mike
