I have searched here and found some great info, just not exactly what I am looking for.  I did some disassembly last night on my restoration project.  Specifically, I took the rear wheel apart down to the hub.  I noticed the spokes all had the letter "A" on the ends, but the angle of the bend wasn't exactly the same on all spokes.  Are the spokes actually all the same and the difference of the bend is caused by using that spoke as an inner instead of an outer?  Or are they actually 2 different spokes and I need to pay attention to that detail?  Thanks Tim C

There should be an inner and an outer. And on a conical style hub there will left and right also.
