Frame question

Can someone give me a measurement on how far the rear frame hoop sticks out on a 71 steel tanker? Mine is badly damaged and in need of repair.

Rick, just took a measurement from my 1970 Tanker which is the same frame as your 71. It measures exactly 13 inches from the center of the rear seat bolt to the back of the frame hoop. Hope this helps.
