Steering lock

Saw this Penton at VMD. Never saw a factory steering lock before, or a head I.D. badge like this. Must be foreign.

Sure is, came in on the west coast as a KTM.  Was checking it out at Wauseon, and saw it at Mid Ohio.  1st one I have ever seen but was all factory welding.  How is that Ossa doing Bob?  That was a great find!

This looks like a German ID badge and a German steering lock. This bike was probably registered as a GS and needed to be street legal.
