rear sprocket sizes....

What size rear sprocket is everyone using on the 250's in the woods?  I currently am running a 54 from prior years of MX.  I am on the east coast, so, the riding is tight, with elevation changes, plus the sands of Florida.

And while I am at it, 520 O-ring, or 530 standard.....

Rear sprocket 56,I would not run an O ring chain. 520 is what you want.
