Penton 400

Hey folks, I just saw a 400 for sale. The guy is asking $510.00 for it. The gas tank is orange, it has all the lights,and on the side their is a decal that says "Penton 10th anniversary Edition Silver Vase Team.It has the names of Cranke,Leimbach,Penton,Penton.I,mm wary because of the price but the seller says it runs well except that the lights don't work. Let me know what y'all think.

Jim....remember....that $510 price you see is the current bid on eBay and there are 9 days left on the auction....it could sell for that...but it could also go for significantly more.
