Was surfing around on the net earlier and found a bike build off featuring the new Indian motorcycle. One on the finalist builders last name is Grakauskas, possibly related to our Chicago Jerry? Check it out on : Indianmotorcycle.com.

Yep I think that's his boy ? not sure. I text him some time ago and wished him good luck.  I like what he's built very nice. Makes me think of the old days.  I built a Custom Ariel Cafe Racer back in the day and showed it with my old Ariel Square Four at a lot of Nationals. The Cafe won ever show it was in.   I still have the Cafe and I think it could still win some shows. I drew a picture and started with a 1956 Ariel twin motor and frame. I'd send pictures but not to good at that.  dave

hello all.yes, i'm the proud father of the builder of this bike. most of all, i am proud that despite the tragedy of his brother's severe injuries and tragic loss of life, that PJ still knuckled down to the commitment to get it done in time, as his brother would have wanted him to do. if any of you would be so kind, get on the site  and cast a vote. i may be biased but i think PJ's cafe racer is indeed the bike deserving to win. the winner is decided by votes received so every vote counts and anyone can vote once a day.  chi jer https://www.indianmotorcycle.com/en-us/the-wrench/  also, as a side note, indian motocycles was aware of PJ's brother Tim's severe injuries and they had flowers sent to Pj's home. a class act on their part.

I've been watching this build, the articles about it, especially liked the one about him building it in the shed in the back yard! I've been casting my vote!

still a day or two to cast a vote. please take the time to look the 3 bikes over on the indian motorcycle website listed in the previous post. i'm biased but i think my son, pj's bike is the best of the 3.  any votes would be appreciated. the winner receives ten thousand $$'s thanks chi jer

No doubt about it, PJ got my vote as well.

Best of luck.

I have several in the ballot box now.  Nelson McCullough

Oh hell yeah! And not just because he's the son of a POGer! Roland Sands has to be in love with that bike. The one in the middle, I can't get the vibe on that at all, and the third bike with the slick rear tire and ten speed front wheel, makes no aesthetic or mechanical sense tome, and the color and paint scheme turn me off. Goodluck to PJ!
   Type at you later,

I must say, PJ's bike looks awesome and could give Indian some inspiration to add a new line to increase their market share.  Good luck PJ! (Got to love those initials [8D])
