Needles and Needle Jets

Hi All,
I'm building a 36mm Mikuni for my 250 and have a question about needles and jets.  My current needle jet is a 159-Q5 and several needle options:  6FJ6, 6DH4, 6dH3 and 5CL16 but I don't what the differences are.  Thanks in advance,

6FJ6 is a very common and forgiving needle for non-reed valve applications. Mikuni needle labeling has no logic behind the numbers and letters. Get a copy of the chart in a Sudco catalog for starters, to compare needles, but don't be surprised if you end up with a  headache! Good luck! Ask around for a recommendation, will save time.
