I see no offering of Cross Country in the Mid-Ohio information this year.  Does anyone know for sure if there is Cross Country there this year?  Thanks!

I just looked at the results for 2018 and got myself all spun up again about this AMA org running this show.  NO A and B/C classes for Vint or Post Vint 200, no A and B/C classes for 60+, and creation of stragne 125 XC classes.  And finally...people were racing everything but the washing machine in EVO 1 classes at XC.   Any resemblance between EVO 1 and Historic was pure coincidence.  And you can see that - in the case of 60+ - this was THE largest class in Vint and Post-Vint.

PUH-LEASE!!!

The time differences in the classes that didn't offer A  vs.  B/C were hilarious with Top 3 to 7 guys finishing laps that were several minutes faster (up to five!) than the rest of the field.

Yes - this is very specific whining regarding the classes and bikes I ride in.  I just want to compete fairly against guys, gals, and bikes that I can compete against.

I haven't raced CC at Mid Ohio in years.....not as much fun as when they started doing it because the course isn't that great AND there's too many riders in the those woods.  The MX track is a more fun ride, and I'm thinking of trying the trials event this year.

I am going mainly to see friends, sell parts, and buy things.  Toyed with racing something but have not had great desire to do it there since they ended the 100cc Class.

I'm going to Mid Ohio AMA Vintage Days for the first time and trying my luck at the MX post vintage class if they have one. It will be good to finally meet up with some fellow POG members. Any tips would be appreciated with parking, signup etc. I built a mini toy hauler(6x10 cargo trailer) I plan on camping in for a couple nights hopefully close to some POG folks.

Never raced the cross country event there but the MX is fun, even if I did crash my brains out there last year. We usually camp across from the MX track so I can go back and forth easily. Sadly I don't know if I will make it this year do to work... Also bring a pit bike as there are a lot of things to see in a big area.
