Steering Head Bearings Redux

Need some advice on how to remove the "Inner" bearing races on the steering column '73 Jackpiner frame. The "Outer" races came off the tube with ease using a punch in the holes allotted.  But, can't get the "Outer" races to budge. Have tried several long punches, a long chisel with flattened edge, a piece of 1" dia. pipe – all while pounding with a Dead Blow mallet. They just won't budge.  Any suggestions?!?  (can't heat things up since the frame's already been powder coated... yikes). Do I just need to add some Liquid Wrench and a little more muscle?  Thoughts?

Take a small piece of scrap steel and tack weld it across the race.  Then you will have something tap to knock it out.

Chris,
 You're doing everything right, except you need a steel hammer. If the powder coat is over the bearing race, take a razor blade and divide the two parts, for sake of saving the finish from tearing.

HELLO , THIS IS HOW YOU GET THE BEARING RACE OUT , TAKE LIQUID NITROGEN PUT IT IN A SMALL CONTAINER WATCH IT BOIL FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS PUSH IT UP OVER THE STEERING NECK FOR ABOUT 3 MINUTES WHEN YOU TAKE THE CONTAINER AWAY THE BEARING RACE WILL BE IN THE CONTAINER , THATS HOW WE DO IT,NEVR HAD A FIALURE   PS WATCH YOU DON,T BURN YOUR FINGERS.
