Has anyone installed a set of off set axle forks on a 76 XC frame?  My concerns are changing the frame geometry. Any thoughts, comments?

Some of the 175's came with offset marzocchi Forks, and the bigger bikes usually with the straight leg Cerianni's, so I don't think it matters. The frame geometry was probably addressed in the triple clamps since the frames weren't any different.
