Looking for a Cycle News East Issue

My name is Steve Heckert, I live in the Sacramento CA area about 10 mins from Dave Duarte who use to manage Hi Point West. I have known Dave from the 70's.
 
I am trying to find someone that may have some old Cycle News East issues, in particular the November 05 1980 issue. Looking for an article that was in that issue. Do you have any possible contacts for old CNE issues?
