Penton riders at Casey

The AHRMA Midwest Region MX held their season finale at Casey on Oct. 12th.  Great day, great track, and it was another great run for the "Penton gang". Results are as follows:  
Teddy Landers-1/1 in +60 NOV
Greg Troyan-1/1 in Sportsman 250 NOV
Both Teddy and Greg won season titles in their respective classes.
Ed Kubick-3/3 in +50 NOV and 2/2 in Classic 125 NOV
Ed also claimed a year-end award.
Alex Landers-6/6 in Sportsman 250 NOV
Dave Withrow-4/4 in Sportsman 500 NOV
Finished the season 2nd overall.
Mike Lenz-Due to a misconception of classes by the scorer, Mike was not scored properly in Sportsman EXP; therefore, he received no points.  Points or no points, Mike, you're still pretty darn fast!
Mark Schmidt-Mark did not run Sat. due to an injury, but accumulated enough points to take 1st place overall for the season in +40 NOV.  
I think that covers everybody.  It's been a great year.  We had some good runs and good times.  Hope to see everybody next year.

Thanks for the coverage, Dave! It's great to know there is so much support "out there" for Penton lovers.  I've been out of the loop for fifteen years, but this weekend at Red Bud I'm starting my second childhood.  Next year I hope to run both vintage and post-vintage and meet lots of great POGers!
