I am looking for some help on ID'ing a PVL ignition.

A local bike shop went out of business (Kansas City Powersports, 11579 Kaw Drive; Kansas City, KS 66111) and I bought a couple boxes of stuff, plugs, some tooling, etc.

In the bottom of the box there was a box from PVL, with a complete ignition.  They said that they didnt rember what the ignition fit.

According to Dmon-Parts, it is a package that they sold, but he said it looked like a Penton unit.

Can any of you ID the application for this set up?

If it fits an early Can Am I will have a use for it, if not, it will go in the sale pile for the Mid Ohio trip in late July.

Rotar stampled: 9921 B3
Stator: 1058 (PVL 70256)
Coil: 466100 (PVL 70700)
CDI: 466200 (PVL 70800)
Mounting ring is stamped 80938

Give Re-MX a call 440-989-4474 with the numbers that you have listed. He is the distributor for PVL and has the charts to possibly track down what brand of bike that unit will fit.
