What does K.T.M. actually stand for?

Kentucky Trail Machine, no, not really, but I have heard that.  Kronrief Trunkenpolz Mattighofen or Manufacturing.   The first two are the last names of the founders and Mattighofen is the small village in Austria where there shop was located and still is.
