1982 KTM parts needed

I have a 1982 KTM 4 stroke with Rotax engine (I think it is a 504 or maybe a 495?) anyways, I need to get the bike up and running and need some clutch parts for it, such as the disks as well as the clutch hub (hey, I don't know all these names, I'm a Land Cruiser guy that is looking to do some basic trail riding)
