If your tank is a white 400 tank, for a 74 Mint 400, I am interested.  Have Paul check it out and drop me a line if it checks out and you wish to sell it.  I trust Pauls eyes!  [email protected]

hi kip I'll have paul look at it or I can run it over to dougs w's
house he's only 2 min. away.It is a white motocross tank never seen
or noticed any diff styles of mx tanks besides the aluminum . I had 5
of these tanks I know its a mint tank(400)

Hi kip I'm not sure if you were the one I talked to at mid-ohio
about the repop exhaust's for the steel tank.one year there was
a hole trailer full of steel tanks (beautifully restored)any info
would be appreciated. Has anyone sent there penton exhaust to one
of the companys who claim they can repair any exhaust?
               the mint tank isn't going anywhere I'll bring it to
mid-ohio with me unless you need it sooner

Yup, that was me.  I had several of the steel tank 70/71 exhaust made by Aircone out of Vegas.  Gary Williams done a great job making the pipes as I sent him a complete frame and engine so as he could use it for a welding jig.  Gary lost one of his welders and quit making the pipes but that was a year ago so maybe he is back at it again!  I would love to check out the Mint 400 tank for one of my personal bikes, Thanks.  I will have two spaces at Mid Ohio this year beside the POG as usual:)  I am delivering a 73 Wassell, 72 125 and 73 100 for Mr. Andersohn who owns the cool Steel Tank collection you saw at Mid Ohio.
