Hi Guys
Are the correct seals for the shifter and kickstart on a '75 KTM400 GS as follows?

Shifter 14x22x4 (a single lip oil seal was fitted)
Kickstart 17x22x4  (an O-ring was fitted)

The clutch is slipping at full power. I've dismantled it and hand-honed off the shiny bits from the steel plates using a 60 grit paper. I tightened each nut so that the lockwire hole in the screw sits 1/2 in and 1/2 out of the slot on the nut. does anyone have any further guidance here?

Thanks in advance

What kind of oil do you use?
Some ATF oil mixed in or just plain ATF could solve the clutch problem!

I am thinking on the 400 that I have, there is approximately 3 threads showing above the face of the nut.  I don't believe that my 400 has a lipseal on the kicker other than an o-ring.

Thanks guys
John Durrill contacted me offline and said that the O-ring is correct. It needs a plastic spacer between it and the kickstart lever. I'll machine that up. I should be able to get the O-ring and the shift seal at the industrial supply store.

I'm using ATF at present. The screws are poking out 3-4 threads. Again, John recommends checking the run-out on the clutch pressure plate with a dial gauge whilst the lever is 1/2 depressed.
