I am looking for a 125 KTM engine or whole bike.  Got any leads??

The 1976 KTM engined bikes were pretty bad. I Don't know of anyone who finished a race on one. They seized , cracked engine cases and had other problems. I would get a least a 1977 model if you insist on a 125 KTM engined bike. Otherwise stick with the Sachs engine on the 125s.

I have to agree with Dwight, especially about the 76 125 KTM engine.  It was a tiny cylinder placed on the huge bottom end (the little engine that couldn't).  It is almost impossible to get proper deck height on the cylinder without machining the bottom.  Other than that, it is a beautiful machine to admire!  I have seen a few in the last few years at swaps and Mid Ohio but they are drying up since the beginning of POG.
