Helmut "Speedy" Clasen, former ISDT / ISDE rider for Germany and Canada, and KTM Dealer in Dumas, Ontario, Tried to remove 3 fingers of his left hand on a table saw a couple days ago. I spoke with him today and he says that they sewed him up and reattached the ligaments. He expects to get most of his usage back . Although he says the fingers will probably be scarred and disfigured. He is hoping to still attend VMD with us next month. Lets wish him a "SPEEDY" recovery.

Speedy;   Hope you have that new PC working.   You know to be careful while trying to get points working around the house.   Sorry to hear of your accident, and wish you the best.   And a SPEEDY recovery [)]   Stop by on the way to VMD, that is if you and Dwight behave yourselfs.

Speedy, Making my Living ? as a carpenter most of my adult life, I am aware of just how easy it is to lose a finger, glad to hear that they were able to save them. You are in my prayers and best wishes for a "SPEEDY" recovery. Let us know how you are doing.
