Thanks for sharing --- previously an inspiration for her accomplishments and now an inspiration to all of us "baby boomers" to keep on keeping on....

Coincidently I was just looking at a tape of her riding area and I didn't realize Colorado had such a fantastic and extensive trail systems -- I had thought the state was too full of green activists to allow too much riding!!!!  What I would give to have that out of my back door!

Yes it's true that Colorado has some fine riding areas, but some of the damage is/was not done @ the hands of the "Greenies"
My friends and I took a little street loop today; was a beautifull day in June in the Mountains, great white "puffy" clouds overhead, temp 75, reminding us of how lucky we are. Traveling back we passed by one of our most cherished off-road hideaways...black verticle sticks still remain from Sara Barton, who burned a Love letter in revenge...little does she know what she has ruined...Woodland Park....I have a route sheet holder from 1984 Enduro on one of my Pentons...How slow and, it always shows, to mend a tear that always shows...many undiscovered future treasures were taken away, it was/is a special place, I slowed down today.......
