German KTM and Penton book

Hello all,
some of you asked me how to get the book. The editor don*t want to send single copies to the USA, only a box from 20 copies or more.
amazon.de (not .com) ships to the USA and they have an assistance for English speaking customers.
The price incl. air mail is about $ 38.00. Amazon don't offer budget delivery for books (open envelope, shipping needs about 8 weeks, maybe some days more because of the holidays). That would be about $ 20.00. Only the book is $ 13.00

It is the same price for world wide shipping, but it needs more time. 7-12 days to the USA (and Japan), 9-21 other countries

  Thanks for clearing this up.  I was hoping that one day we (Penton Owners Group) would have a Group store that would purchase the quantity or possibly one of our suppliers would buy the quantity and make it avaliable to our Members.
  I will let you know when my copy arrives.
