I have just completed my first Penton restoration on a '72 Jackpiner. I did it for a friend who rode the bike as a teenager. I just wanted to thank the POG for all the hints and advice and especially Al Buehner for keeping so many parts readily available.

My son is into photography and wanted to use the bike on his website. If you are interested, you can see it at http://www.jeffrocam.com There are several shots, so if you have dial-up (like I do) it will take a few minutes to open. Hope you enjoy.

Now I have a '73 JP project to start on for myself.

Nelson,
Very nice job.  Thank you for sharing it with us.  I think the fact that your Friend rode the bike as a teenager makes it a great project.  I hope you next bike turns out as nice as this one.

Hi Nelson,

Perhaps the link isn't working because the "." (period) got included at the end of the link.
