CEV 169 Headlamp Switch Help !

I've got a perfectly good CEV 169 headlight switch for my '77 GS400 but am in need of the baseplate, screws, and clamps that attach it to the bars. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you think you may have these items in an old box full of odds 'n ends please let me know.
