175 Porting

I've looked in what I believe are all the proper places, and can not find an answer to my question: What are the differences in the 175 porting over the years?
The reason I ask is that as my old Jackpiner is about to re-fire (don't ask how long it's been in pieces,) the Monark is running, and the Husky is about to, I wish to further torture myself and create a new project. I have a spare 175 cylinder of nearly the same vintage (1975) and though I thought my power-mad days of youth had passed, I feel the NEED FOR SPEED.
Whew!
Anyway, I am driven by nightmares of being passed in a sand wash at the Gila Bend GP by one of those newfangled 125 KTMs! I retired the Jackpiner and avenged it by getting a GS6 400.
So, if anyone wants to help someone relive (relieve?) their youth and waste precious resources, please help me port that baby to the wild side! Er, at least to later specs, if applicable.
