420 engine repair manual

Does anyone have an english version of the Type 56 420cc engine repair manual that they would care to copy/scan and mail to me? I have a german version but some of the finer points are getting lost in the translation. I am pretty good with german technical terms, but admit I am a little lost on a few things.
My main questions concern disassembly and reassembly of the kick start mechanism. I am changing cases so this is a must. I have never had to service one before.
Also, does anyone have the special tools required to rebuild this engine that they would care to loan or rent out? I'd be happy to pay for these services.

I have the repair manual for the 495 & 420 engines as .jpg files that I can email directly to you, if you have broadband service.  The type 56 engines are basically the same in regard to tear down & rebuild.

You can also go to the following site http://www.ktm495.mxbikes.com/ and download the repair manual (a page at a time) for the 250 models as there is not much difference.
