I have had to resort to listing a few thing on the dreaded "Evilbay" due to the necessity of "quick cash", to make good my promises, one of which is a very nice original 74 Penton Green Enduro tank eBay item # 260048666845. I sure hope this trend doesn't continue. Mike

I really don't want this to go overseas and never see it again, so if things work out today, I may pull it from the auction, otherwise the reserve is $ 149.00 and I may have a 304 dated 125 Six-Day high breather frame with swingarm available in a couple of days also. The engine was apart for many years and is rusty. Besides, I doubt if my brother will part with the engine, and I don't think I can come up with a 6B 125 Sachs engine and wheels to rebuild it without spending too much $$$. Thanks, Mike

Hey Mike,

Prior to listing on e-bay please give a little more info on the Six Day you have that is missing the motor. I could be very interested depending how complete rest of the stuff is.

thanks

Ron,
All that my brother is willing to give up at this point is the frame with the swingarm. He wants to keep all of the other parts, dissasembled engine, rusty wheels, and forks, ETC. It was a complete bike at one time, but once he bought mine back in 1978 or 1979, he dissasembled it for parts as they were the same 304 dated hi-breathers and mine had a fresh top end and was in better shape. I will be talking with him and looking over the frame and any of the other parts that I can talk him into parting with this weekend. I don't plan on listing the frame on eBay. I will update the information as I find out anything more from him. Thanks, Mike

**Ron, I stopped in and looked the Six-Day 125 frame over and the breather pan has some very thin places in it and a few small holes from rust, the swingarm moves, but not easily, and the brake pedal pivot rod moves, but not easily. The frame is # 30464457 and my brothers other bike is also a 304 dated frame. I had an original California title for my bike, which he still has, but we can't locate it and he doesn't want to get rid of the frame in case it happens to be the one the title is for, since he had them both apart and used the best pieces to build the complete bike and can't say for sure which is which. Sorry, Mike
