New Method For Message Board Registration

Due to the recent influx of spammers on this message board, we are forced to implement a "Gatekeeper" system for new registrants.  

What this means is that a new member must first be approved by the Administrator.  Questions may be asked to validate the intent of the new member using the board.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but in order to keep the board at its highest standard for readers and members, we feel that this is necessary.
