I picked up some internal rotor units that have 4 wires comming out of the lower unit going into a white rectangular plug. crank sizing is the same as a Penton.  Question is will these bottom ends work with the Penton red wite top ends and/or does anyone know if this was from a newer KTM maybe?

Mike, have you checked with Dane Leimbach?  He is the expert on moto-plats.  Good Luck.  Bob.

Hello Mike. this is an ignition from a 125 KTM MX from 1987 to 1993. they had the white plug which leaded to the CDI coil.and then from the CDI coil to the ignition coil.i think woulnt fit to a penton engine due to the position of the three screws to mount on the engine case.
