Tell us how you got your bike in that tree and who is that spry young whipper snapper in the photo.

It is a willow stump that had suckers shooting out all over, blocking the use of valuable space. After cutting off the suckers and filling a 55 gallon drum with rotted wood, Pull Chain Idea Landscaper Paul mentioned a bike on the stump would look good. I offered mine and it was lifted in place. It could have been riden in place but the possibility of damage in landing wasn't worth it. Overall it was one of those times when comments and ideas simply click on the spur of the momment.
As for the whipper snapper, I'm still doing both although with more caution than in the past. The surgeon that worked on me last winter gave me a talking to and also a goal. He will not be surprised to see a headline - 100 year old jumps pickup truck on dirt bike.
Gary Roach took and submitted the picture.
