Happy 4th of July

In celebration of another year of Independance, perhaps a BBQ with friends.
Ever hear of a "Penton kabob" ?

A kabob is a fine delicacy, soothing to the palate and takes it's flavours from many different ingrediants.

For a simple recipe:

Marinade....
McCormick's Grill Mates Southwest marinade packet mixed with 4oz h20 and 4oz veggee oil, and 4 cloves minced garlic.
Meat= up to you, but I do like cubed pork.

Marinate for 8 hrs in the refridgerator..

The skewer would not be correct, if it where not for the green bell peppers (true Penton colors) don't ferget the onions too!

Baked potatoe? rice pilaf? bbq'q corn on the cob? salad too?
