Black Beauty Lives!

Hi All,
With the hard work of Gary Ellis on the motor and carb, my daughter Ambr with the sandpaper, and myself doing the frame and body work, black Beauty was fired up and one happy teen-aged girl got to ride her horse!  There's still a few bugs to work out, but she'll be ready for Mid-Ohio.

Is Ambr going to race Vintage or Post-Vintage at Mid-Ohio?

Did you ever find a smaller Bing carb, or are you going to use the Lectron that's in the photos?

Ernie, Tom, amd Jerry, thanks for the kind words and we'll see you guys at the races, too!

Gary, Ambr is going to race PV at Mid-Ohio, and will be using the Lecton in the photos.  It's a loaner from Gary Ellis, but he said we could have it for keeps if she likes it.  So far so good because she likes this bike more than any other she has ever rode.  You know how it is, once you get vintage in your blood there's no hope for a normal life again!
