Mid Ohio has the strangest weather I have ever seen.  It seems as though when a storm comes in, it just settles around the track, like there is some force that just won't leave.  It's either miserably hot, or soaking wet.  Maybe this year will be different.  Let's hope!

I remember Mid-Ohio USGP 1979 when the mid day entertainment was some hot air balloon display. The humidity was so thick they had trouble operating.

A friend of mine once said " If you look at the map Lake Michigan is peeing on Ohio".
