Grettings fellow devotees of a Penton/KTM. Pictured below is a resurrected basket case found locally, a 78 mc5 that has been GS6'd.......
A kudos to Dave, 2fer2, Sanders for the GS fender that was reproduced in fiberglass, yet another, of a dream from a barn.

A whopping 375.00 was the initial cost, and one years time in labor.

Was it worth it? Awe shucks Auggie, it's just a dirt bike.

Thanks Dave, Tom Brosius [}:)]

Hey, Looks G-R-E-A-T! Did you have to replace the center stripe on the Tank? Mine had a checked pattern but was torn so I thought maybe I'd put a leather strap on it but would rather find a replacement for the stripe??  thanks, Paul

looks great, where did you get the rear fender?

Tom Brosius has them for sale on his website, which is listed under suppliers on the homepage. I for one will be picking one up for my 78 GS-6 project soon, along with a set of his sidepanels. His fiberglass panels are top notch, and are much easier to prep and paint for show quality results than plastic panels, which in my opinion are an alternative for everyday riding. Mike
