73 HS For Sale

Hi, I have a 73 HS, red with watermellon tank, not a garage queen.
It is in original condition except for some new fenders and seat cover. All controls original, all lights fully functional. VDO reads 1321 miles. Frame # 51-31270271 Mtr # 3-540233 shouldered akronts, still on original tires, pipe in VGC no dents, re-ringed approx. 11 years ago, starts on 2nd kick, if I remember, still on factory bore, idles and runs/shifts very crisp. No pits, no leaks on suspension members, begs for a new home.

Hello Poggers, an amazing story.
Who comes, to buy a Penton?
Sold on this day, to one.
At a tender age of 81, comes a veteran of Korea, Vietnam, and in between a, Husky sponsored rider at age +40's.....Even owned a Harley, that came from Ward Bond...

Now he owns a Penton,
my Penton has a new home,
His name is Robert Old, very fitting, indeed...............
