First off, I want to thank Paul Danik and Conrad Pfeifer for their help in picking up and delivering to the POG meeting my son's KTM.  It's obvious to say that we are all busy in our lives, but you guys went out your way to help me and my son get something that means so much to both of us.  It's not just the bike, but the expression of help and the replacing of a bike that was stolen a year and a half ago.  Jarrin is the happiest young man on the planet, and maybe Mars, too!

Secondly, I want to thank everyone at the meeting Thursday night for just being who you are.  My children (Ambr and Jarrin) and I were in a meeting occupied by champions, executive presidents, major business men, and you all made my kids feel like they were the most important people in the world.  The people in this organization both humble me and fill me with pride every time I attend an event, even if it's just a monthly meeting.  Bench racing and catching up with everyone there is inspiring.  My daughter Ambr has a pretty good grasp of the significance of the POG, specially since I constantly remind her she is part of the "Future Project", and I only hope that my young son continues to grow in his understanding also.

Sorry for the rambling, but I'm filled with an appreciation for these things, and I feel a responsibility to express myself because I am fortunate to live fairly close to Amhearst and can attend some events.  Thank you Penton Owners Group, and thank you Mr. Penton for making this all possible.

It was worth the trip just to see the excitement in Jarrin when he saw his KTM for the first time.  As we sat at the table in the resturant in Amherst, Jarrin just kept staring out the window looking at his bike on the back of the pickup, Oh to be so young again!

Conrad and I talked on the way home about how great it was to see you, Jarrin and Amber having such a great time together as a family. You have a wonderful family and should be very proud.

Paul hit it spot-on, Mick.  Great to see you and the family involved in the sport of motorcycling, especially as it applies to our interests in vintage motorcycles.

Lots o' other distractions available for kids these days, and what with the costs associated with owning and riding the bikes, not to mention land-use issues, it's not an easy row to hoe for any of us.

So, right-on, Mick.  Wonderful seeing you, Ambr, and Jarrin at the meeting, and we look forward to seeing you at the track, too.

Mick, Sorry I could not be of more help but thank you. It was rewarding watching Jarrin looking out the window of the diner at his bike. It would have made a good TV commercial.
Thanks to you for keeping your kids riding and interested in the KTM/Penton family.
