Motoplat Part Numbers - Applications

Does anyone out there have a list of motoplat part numbers and applications?  I have been searching for a replacement motoplat for the wifes 72 125/6A and came across a supplier that has an NOS one is stock, but the part number is 9640502 and the one currently on the bike is 9600160.  I know in the day that there were a few part numbers that would do the job, but I am not sure if this is one.
