Husqvarna - 3-speed Automatic Transmission

Good afternoon:  Apologies in advance for breaking ranks as such w/a Husky issue.  However, a very nice 83' 500AE complete rolling chassis, top-end, cases, has made it our way absent only "the transmission".  Yes, it's understood that this model "cooked" ignitions; this one did just that, twice, during it's maiden race season.  However, grafting in an 83' 500XC-6speed motor just doesn't seem right after the pounding a correctly prepared auto-Husky (Craig Hayes) levied out on my behalf in the Portland sand.  Would that any direction be available on who might have these "tricky-devices" still available, please let advise at your convenience.  Thank you, Tim
