sometimes photos appear, sometimes not

Can anyone shed light on this?  I recently included an image on a post.  First, I loaded the image onto a hosting site, in this case, Photobucket.  I then clicked onto it to Copy, then hit Insert Image on the POG post.  It worked fine  However, the next time, I repeated the exact process, but all I get is the little box with a "red x" in it.  I tried different options on the Photobucket image, but all I could achieve was to put a link to the image on the POG site.

I use this same process on other sites, and the photos load perfectly every time.  However, I don't know if the image is actually there, and my system is just not reading it, or it is not.  Please refer to my recent post about the POG display at the AMA's HOF show, and tell me if the image is there, or just the red x and the link.

Ted,
All I got was the box with the red x and a direct link to the web address. No photo, but thanks for posting it anyway.

Thanks for the tip, Mike.  I clicked on the 4th one, but still no luck.  However, I then tried copying and pasting it, without using the Insert Image icon, and it worked.

Thanks also to John for reminding me to check for jpeg status.

Actually don't use the POG website icons, just choose your photo in Photobucket, place your mouse arrow on the picture that you want to copy, and a box will open up with 4 choices for types of files. Take the mouse pointer down to the bottom or last file, which is IMG file and click on it, then right click and copy it, then go to the pog topic that you are wanting to display the pic on and open the message and paste it after, or in the middle of your text, if that's where you want it, then click post new reply, and that's all it takes.
